A house bursting at the seams gets a serious overhaul.
This typical 1930’s 3 bed house, it was struggling to meet the needs of the family of 5 living here. A loft extension was added which gave two bedrooms and a shower room which was perfect for their twin sons. The first floor was remodelled to convert the old box bedroom into an ensuite for the adjacent double bedroom giving a fabulous master ensuite. The other double bedroom and existing family bathroom were upgraded too. The interiors were chosen to reflect the families connection to South Africa and Scandinavia. The results are a home fit for purpose and full of personality.
