Light Touch: You would like my creative expertise but want to implement the ideas yourself.

I’ll create up to three layout options showing you exactly how you could plan your space. Once you’ve made your choice, I’ll provide one set of revisions. It’s hard to imagine what a room will look like especially if it hasn’t been built yet so I provide 2d and basic 3d floor plans and so you can get a feel for the design I’ll create a mood board for materials, lighting, fixtures and fittings. I’ll give you a full itinerary of everything you need so you can turn your plan into a reality.

Full Service: You want my creative expertise, more design options, in depth plans delivered to your builder and support with implementation, including site visits.

I offer colour consultancy and I’ll create concept design boards for each space. I’ll create up to three layout options with three sets of revisions on each and give you 2d and 3d floorplans which really help you visualise the space. I’ll create a mood board for materials, lighting and fixtures & fittings and a sample board of the materials suggested to give you a tangible insight into how the rooms will work. I’ll provide full electrical grid drawings for your builder so every light and socket is where you need it. If you need bespoke design such as custom-made furniture, I’ll source and deliver it and you’ll benefit from trade discounts where they’re available. I’ll make two site visits to ensure everything is on track and I’m available via email/phone until the end of time.
